Solomon Tochukwu Nwokwu is a lawyer with his work output in the Hans Offia & Associates’ Alternative Dispute Resolution, Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Property & Real Estate and Corporate & Commercial Law practice groups. Nwokwu is a very detail-oriented lawyer who is also commercially aware, has a very high analytical mind, with excellent business acumen which he applies to his work for the Firm’s numerous clients.

Nwokwu regularly and routinely advises clients on real estate acquisitions and financing; conducts contractual due diligence for clients at contracts negotiation stages in long-term leasing arrangements and perfects property titles. He also regularly represents clients at all Courts, from the High Courts, to the appellate Courts and up to the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

Nwokwu has strong business acumen and commercial awareness which he applies to his practice experience and which helps him to deliver unparalleled insights to clients in very complex legal, regulatory and commercial issues in litigation.
